Greetings from Mildura
I’m installing ABCpacker at Tumut Grove and practising my Australian on our FPG friends so I can be understood at this year’s Hort Connections, where I have a speaking role! Julie and the team are all systems go back at HQ in Hawke’s Bay, upgrading and enhancing our software, not to mention the office, post Cyclone Gabrielle.

Changes to time and task capture on ABCgrower App
A year on from the new Australian FWO requirements for paying piece rate and minimum wage, we have re-launched the time capture module in our offline app. We made significant changes to ABCgrower last year to accommodate the legislation and then worked with our clients through a season, culminating in a re-release that makes it easier to collect and edit time records on the farm. And it’s not exclusive to Australia! Click here to watch >>
Palletisation in ABCgrower
New to ABCgrower for 2023 is Palletisation. With this optional add-on module you can scan uniquely barcoded containers onto pallets to track and trace and despatch your produce. Contact us to find out more.
ABCpacker in the cloud
Unlike our other products, ABCpacker is “on-premise” software, born of the fact that internet connection in packhouses has traditionally been poor. With connectivity on the rise, we are developing ABCpacker SaaS, that is “in the cloud”, thus making our packhouse software more accessible.

Events
Sharon and Alison are returning to Hort Connections in 2023. You’ll find us on the J-Tech stand or look out for us in our bright shirts! Did we mention Sharon is speaking?
ABC are exhibiting at the FGT Conference, to be held 15-16 June in Launceston. Sharon and Alison are looking forward to meeting Tassie growers and catching up with our local clients. Come by and say hi!
Meet the Team
Cory Evans
Cory came to us on an internship as part of his Bachelor of Computer Science course. Quick to learn, super smart, and hard-working to boot, Cory quickly proved himself and we’re thrilled he’s now a permanent member of the ABC team. Cory arrives in a Holden SV6 but can also be spotted on two wheels, offsetting his carbon footprint on his mountain bike.
