Here’s what to expect when you work with ABC
Starting your journey with us is as easy as ABC
We’ll make the journey as stress free as possible and you can expect amazing support, a total focus on the horticulture industry and continuous improvement to our software solutions.
Here’s how it works
Step 1 – We’ll call to get to know you and your business needs. We’ll find out what opportunities you can see and what problems you are trying to solve.
Step 2 – Next, we’ll customise a demonstration specific to your produce type, business processes and individual requirements. You’ll be able to see the software in action to really understand how it can make a difference to your business.
Step 3 – Then, we’ll send you a detailed proposal on working together. Once the proposal is accepted we’ll get the paperwork formalised with a service level agreement (SLA). A non-refundable deposit is paid which is then deducted from your first annual subscription and we’re almost ready to go!
- Step 4 – Implementation and training come next. We’ll schedule the implementation and training to fit within your timelines and support you throughout the implementation phase to ensure you can enjoy the full benefits of the software. Your subscription (the SLA) begins on the agreed “go live” date. If you decide it’s not for you for any reason, we’ll deactivate your account, with no hard feelings.
Onboarding
A series of carefully designed sessions are delivered when you start your onboarding journey with us via Microsoft Teams, video links, and/or in person. We’ll show you what to do and how to setup the software to fit your specific produce types and business processes, and liaise closely with the key contact in your organisation with a ‘train-the-trainer’ approach. Full training is provided at our cost once for each module to make sure the training is relevant and delivered in a timely manner.
Moving forward
You’ll have access to our comprehensive online Help manuals and support is available via email and phone 24/7. Best of all, our phones are always answered by a real person who is ready to help, support charges may apply. We provide outstanding on-going support and aim to be an integral part of your business. Together, we help each our grow.
Need something different?
We’re continually enhancing and improving our software and product range in response to environmental changes and client feedback. If something doesn’t currently exist in our software, always let us know. We may already be working on a change, or if not, we could suggest how to use the software to meet your needs. Otherwise, we might explore building an enhancement specifically for you, as long as it aligns with our approach and direction. Always talk to our team to see how we can help.
